What Is NDAA Compliance?
The National Defense Authorization Act restricts the use of drones manufactured by certain foreign companies (including DJI) on government contracts and at sensitive federal facilities. NDAA-compliant drones are manufactured by approved U.S. and allied-nation companies and appear on the Department of Defense’s “Blue UAS” approved list.
